TO APPLY FOR CAMPUS HOUSING

1. Click on Housing Applicaton in the black banner at the top of the page.
2. Select Term.
3. Complete all pages of application.
4. Pay the non-refundable license service fee of $275.
5. Submit Application.

2024-2025 Academic Year Housing

• A non-refundable $275 license service fee is required to complete the application. The license service fee will go towards the total cost of your housing for the academic year.

PHASE ONE: Apply for Housing

Application Dates

• CONTINUING APPLICANTS: Wednesday, March 20th at 10 AM (PDT)

  • Applications Closes: Wednesday, March 27th at 5 PM (PDT)
  • A $275 non-refundable service fee payment is required to complete the application.
  • Email Notification of Housing status: Tentatively to be sent Friday, March 29th

• Continuing Housing Confirmation Process:

  • All completed applications will be randomized.
  • The first 450 students in random generated list will be granted a space in housing.
  • All remaining students will be placed on a Paid Returner waitlist based upon their order in the randomized system.
  • Paid Continuing waitlist confirmations are based on the number of Continuing cancellations.

• NEW APPLICANTS: Wednesday, April 3rd at 10 AM (PDT)

  • Priority Deadline: Wednesday, May 15th at 5 PM (PDT)
  • Email Notification of Housing status: Tentatively to be sent out week of May 20th
    • Only completed applications with payment will receive notification.
    • Completed applications recieved after priority deadline will be automatically placed on paid waitlist.

Summer 2024 Housing

Opens Monday, March 11th at 10 AM (PDT)

Summer Housing is available only to those who are enrolled in courses with in-person components for their course work.

A full payment for the session you wish to apply for is due to complete the application.

The summer housing rates include a Double Premium Room in Parkside and 21-Meal Plan (21 meals per week).
